Product Marketing Manager - WordPress AI Agent

YOUR ROLE:

  • We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for the WordPress AI Agent, part of SiteGround's AI Studio. The AI Agent helps users manage, optimize, and troubleshoot their WordPress sites without technical expertise, and we need someone who deeply understands WordPress and its users to bring this product to market effectively.

  • You'll be responsible for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for two key audiences: small business owners managing their own sites and agencies managing multiple client sites. You'll work closely with product, growth marketing, and content teams to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.

    • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the WordPress AI Agent, tailored to both small business and agency audiences;
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates;
  • Create marketing collateral including landing page copy, email campaigns, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials;
  • Develop content strategies to drive awareness and engagement across channels;
  • Plan and lead webinars and video content to educate and engage target audiences;
  • Represent SiteGround at industry events, conferences, and WordPress community meetupsIdentify and articulate use cases that resonate with WordPress site owners and agencies;
  • Conduct competitive analysis within the WordPress and AI tools landscape;
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand the roadmap and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits;
  • Work with growth marketing and PPC teams to optimise campaign messaging and targeting;
  • Engage with the WordPress community to build awareness and gather feedback;
  • Define and track success metrics for product marketing initiatives.

    • OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology products;
  • Strong WordPress experience - you understand the platform, its ecosystem, and the challenges faced by both site owners and agencies;
  • Proven experience developing positioning and messaging that drives customer action;
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits;
  • Experience marketing to small business and/or agency audiences;
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact;
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and content teams;
  • Fluent English.

    • GREAT ADVANTAGE WILL BE:
