Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner to support digital product delivery across consumer-facing platforms, including retail banking experiences. This role will own and prioritize the product backlog, define requirements, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements
- Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Identify gaps in functionality and drive solutions to improve the customer experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and clarifications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Experience with digital products (financial services or consumer platforms preferred)
