Join a high-execution team building software that helps organizations explore uncertainty using AI-powered synthetic audiences. This role goes beyond typical SaaS CRUD development; you will design complex systems that make AI outputs trustworthy and actionable. You will own features end-to-end, making critical trade-offs between speed and long-term technical health.

What you will do:

• Build and ship production features using React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI across the full stack

The ideal candidate:

• Significant experience shipping high-quality code in fast-moving, early-stage environments with high ambiguity

• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies including React, Python, and cloud infrastructure such as GCP

• A thinking-engineer mindset that balances pragmatism with deep care for system design and robustness
