Core Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and execute an effective territory call cycle.
- Maintain organized territory records and submit timely reports to the sales manager.
- Monitor and report competitive activities and customer trends to optimize territory management.
- Manage expenses to maximize profitability within the assigned territory.
- Prepare clear objectives before each sales call and analyze outcomes afterward to drive efficiency.
- Conduct professional, goal-oriented sales calls using advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and relevant colleagues.
- Continuously update and apply product, industry, and competitive knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales manager, product manager, and broader team to enhance performance and execute promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to overall business unit objectives and participate in special projects as needed.
- Travel as required.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science.
- 3-5 years of work experience in sales and marketing (pharmaceutical sales background preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry.
