Tec Centro Workforce Network is seeking a mission-driven, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and expand their Allied Health training programs, with primary oversight of their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and NATCEP initiatives.

What You'll Lead
Program Strategy & ExpansionLaunch and oversee NATCEP programming at two centers, with strategic expansion to up to eight locations.Design and maintain a fully compliant Nurse Aide curriculum aligned with the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and federal regulations.Drive continuous program improvement to meet evolving healthcare laws, workforce needs, and employer expectations.Present program performance metrics and expansion updates to executive leadership and advisory boards.Curriculum & Instructional LeadershipDevelop and refine syllabi, instructional materials, lab competencies, and course schedules.Ensure instructional quality through classroom observations and instructor evaluations.Recruit, onboard, and mentor Nurse Aide instructors.Provide ongoing faculty development to maintain instructional excellence.Regulatory Compliance & AccreditationServe as the compliance lead for NATCEP and Allied Health programs.Maintain PDE approvals and ensure full adherence to federal and state regulations.Prepare and manage documentation for audits, site visits, and reporting requirements.Oversee certification testing procedures and student licensure processes.Clinical Partnerships & Workforce AlignmentEstablish and maintain strong clinical site partnerships.Ensure alignment between curriculum, employer needs, and regulatory standards.Monitor clinical placements to ensure student compliance with safety and health requirements.Address and resolve clinical placement challenges proactively.Program Operations & Student Success
Oversee enrollment tracking, student progression, and completion data.Lead student orientation and onboarding processes.Support student remediation and guide learners through certification and employment readiness.Ensure accurate academic, attendance, and compliance records across multiple sites.Manage classroom and lab inventory to maintain operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Master’s preferred.Direct experience with Nurse AideTraining and Competency Evaluation Programs (NATCEP).Demonstrated knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and federal regulatory requirements.Experience in curriculum development and instructional oversight.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multi-site program implementation and growth.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience launching or expanding Allied Health programs.Background in workforce development or adult education.Experience managing audits, accreditation reviews, or regulatory reporting.
