What you will do:

• Lead multiple enterprise-level implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they remain within scope, on time, and within budget.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Implementation Consultants to translate complex client business needs into scalable, technical platform solutions.

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for senior leaders and stakeholders, managing risks and proactively resolving project escalations.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 4+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically handling large enterprise clients within the technology or SaaS sector.

• Demonstrates AI fluency with a proven ability to build or automate workflows and articulate the value of technical solutions to stakeholders.

• Thrives in ambiguous environments and possesses the strategic mindset needed to help define processes for a growing professional services organization.
