Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage sales and go-to-market programs supporting the company’s cybersecurity initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and present reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance insights to leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams.
Ensure program deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Support pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales efficiency.
Maintain strong attention to detail across documentation, processes, and program workflows.
Facilitate meetings, prepare executive summaries, and track action items to ensure follow-through.
Build productive working relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize GTM execution.
Requirements
2 years+ of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, GTM Program Management, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
Experience supporting cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology-driven sales teams is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience using CRM and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success.
Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM strategy.
Proven ability to build repeatable processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and systems to inform decisions and drive program success.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
