Queen Margaret’s School (QMS) is seeking dependable and hardworking Cleaners to join our Facilities team. If you're someone who takes pride in keeping spaces spotless, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to jump in where needed, we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexible and reliable individuals who can adapt to changing needs
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Observant and proactive – noticing what needs to be done before being asked
- Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs
- Team players willing to jump in wherever needed to support school operations
What You’ll Do:
As a Cleaner at QMS, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment across our campus. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; wiping down surfaces; cleaning washrooms; restocking supplies like paper towels and soap; and collecting and removing garbage and recycling. You’ll also be expected to notice and address cleanliness issues proactively and step in to support the team wherever needed.
Shifts:
This will be a part-time role with schedules that include working nights after 7:30 pm or weekends.
