Project Engineer - Technology Deployment (Saudi Arabia)

Project Engineer is responsible to manage small scale projects ranging from $50K to $10MM. The projects are mainly technology deployment in the field of Material, Equipment, Inspection, Maintenance, Process and Control Engineering. Project Engineer will be responsible to build and review business case, assist in estimating and reviewing cost, validating benefits, and most importantly monitor and report progress of individual projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology deployment projects
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies based on project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology integration
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with established objectives
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
• Train and mentor team members on new technologies and best practices
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in technology deployment
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications in the Oil & Energy industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
