If you can juggle design reviews, contract negotiations, and boots-on-the-ground execution without breaking a sweat, we want you.

What You’ll Do

• Command projects from start to finish – design, delivery, and profitability are in your hands.
• Lead a team of Remediation Coordinators and Supervisors to smash deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Tear into structural and architectural drawings, then turn them into actionable shop drawings.
• De-risk contracts, maximize margins, and grow revenue through smart scope management and variations.
• Forecast labor, plan resources, and keep the wheels turning with an 8-week lookahead.
• Build detailed schedules and keep them sharp – visibility is everything.
• Drive constructability reviews, risk assessments, and safety-first culture across every site.
• Keep clients close and communication closer – because relationships matter.
• Own QA documentation, compliance, and reporting like a boss.
