We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support client accounts and internal teams by owning timelines, deliverables, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and takes full ownership of projects from kickoff to completion.
You will work closely with account teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects move forward smoothly, communication is clear, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Project Management & Team Coordination
Support account teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across all client initiatives
Manage client action items, deliverables, promotions, and marketing calendar updates
Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects
Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure all owned responsibilities are executed, documented, and communicated effectively
Marketing Calendar & Promotions
Own and maintain client marketing calendars and promotional schedules
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with agency goals
Act as a key point of contact for execution-related questions and updates
Ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed at every stage
Special Projects & Onboarding
Manage distribution of creative deliverables, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
Support new client onboarding by coordinating project setup, timelines, and resources
Gather and organize key information to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally to set clients up for long-term success
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Experience with project management tools and workflows
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
Design experience is a plus, especially for communicating effectively with creative teams
Dedicated, professional workspace free from distractions
Reliable high-speed internet connection (internet stipend provided)
Availability to work full-time, at least 40 hours per week
Core availability between 9:00am and 5:00pm Central Time, Monday to Friday
Willingness to occasionally travel for team or client meetings (less than 5%)
Consistent use of time-tracking tools with accurate task and client reporting
