Easybrain is currently looking for a skilled Project Manager to participate in the development of high-loaded, fault-tolerant backend services exposed to millions of daily users. You will be working in close cooperation with client product teams to sync global feature releases and maintenance of existing ones.

Responsibilities:

- Managing projects in backend development;

- Maintaining project documentation;

- Risk management;

- Reporting;

- Working with several teams of up to 15-20 persons total;

- Interacting with stakeholders such as product managers, analytics etc.;

- Adhering to the accepted development procedures and optimizing them;

- Working with the Atlassian services: JIRA, Confluence.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of extensive experience as a project manager in backend and web service areas;

- Successful experience of team management (at least 10 persons);

- Experience working with the Atlassian services: JIRA, Confluence, is a plus;

- Experience in managing high-loaded services is a plus;

- Command of English no lower than Upper-Intermediate;

- Advanced command of Russian is a must;

- Grasp of modern project management methodologies;

- Good communication and analytical skills;

- Leadership skills.
