As a Product Manager, you will own key product areas end-to-end—from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization—while collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and stakeholder communication.
  • Track product performance using KPIs and user feedback, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features while managing scope, dependencies, and trade-offs.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology or product-led organization.
  • Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to launch and scale.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional scrum teams.
  • Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on usability and value creation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, B2B, B2C, or platform-based products.
  • Exposure to analytics tools, A/B testing, or experimentation frameworks.
  • Background in engineering, design, or business is a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
