As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. You will work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing team to identify opportunities, create interest in our SaaS solutions, and contribute to revenue growth. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in SaaS sales, SAP solutions, and B2B engagement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Identify and understand potential clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives to position our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and product inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create targeted outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Support sales campaigns for SAP and other integrated solutions, demonstrating strong product knowledge to engage prospects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product demos, and training sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, pipeline growth, and appointments set.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP solutions and experience selling SaaS products is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation, and prospect qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support the overall sales strategy.
