Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management & Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team while managing multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate is an exceptional multitasker, detail-oriented, and experienced with project management tools, particularly ClickUp, to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations
  • Manage and track projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress
  • Maintain and optimize workflows in ClickUp to track tasks, deadlines, and project updates
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and summaries for executive review
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities efficiently
  • Conduct research, compile data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional communication

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Project Manager
  • Strong project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced experience using ClickUp or similar project management platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in cookware or related industries is a plus
