We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects to join our growing delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, client-facing environments and can confidently lead end-to-end CRM implementations from initiation through to successful go-live and benefits realisation.

 

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.

 

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects, owning planning, execution, governance, and successful go-live. This includes managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes.

 

As the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, you will provide clear leadership, maintain strong relationships, and deliver regular, executive-level reporting and governance.

 

You will coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and vendors, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into D365 CRM solutions. You will also oversee integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a IT Project Manager delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects

  • Strong understanding of D365 CRM modules (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)

  • Experience delivering projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex integrations and data migration activities

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business leaders

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
