As Project Manager II – Logistics Development & Innovation, you play a hands-on role in improving the daily performance of our logistics and fulfilment operations. You contribute to meaningful projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives that help our teams operate more efficiently, sustainably, and reliably — supporting Rituals’ growth ambitions step by step.

You enjoy working close to the operation, bringing structure to complexity, and using data and insights to turn plans into practical actions and measurable results.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you contribute to the execution of the logistics project portfolio within the Logistics Development & Innovation team. You are responsible for delivering assigned projects and workstreams and for supporting the follow-up of Continuous Improvement roadmaps together with fulfilment and operations teams.

You work closely with a wide range of stakeholders — from warehouse and transport teams to Business Technology, Sustainability, and Analytics — as well as external partners such as 3PLs and logistics technology providers. You ensure projects stay on track, actions are followed up, and improvements are embedded in day-to-day operations, supported by data and performance insights that help track progress and identify deviations.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Deliver logistics projects and project workstreams from start to finish

  • Support planning, documentation, and structured follow-up

  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Support and facilitate CI initiatives across fulfilment and warehouse operations

  • Follow up on actions, milestones, and agreed improvements

  • Signal bottlenecks and support resolution together with stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

  • Keep teams informed on progress, next steps, and outcomes

  • Collaborate with 3PL and innovation partners during implementation

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor project KPIs and Continuous Improvement performance indicators

  • Support data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

  • Translate insights into practical follow-up actions and reporting updates

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain project management

  • Experience working with PM tools such as Jira and Confluence

  • Familiarity with OMS, WMS, and ERP environments

  • Comfortable working with operational data and performance dashboards

  • Strong organisational, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail

  • Understanding of warehouse and fulfilment operations (B2B and/or B2C)

Experience with sustainability or cost-saving initiatives is a plus.
