Ensure data quality, cost-efficiency, governance, and performance are embedded into every solution you build.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
A genuine passion for data modeling and understanding the "why" behind business requests.
Demonstrable experience in leading technical designs and mentoring other engineers.
