- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Fluency for Imaging (FFI) implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and clinical priorities.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, IT teams, clinical staff, hospital leadership, and external vendors to define requirements and ensure they are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, budget oversight, risk mitigation, and quality objectives.
- Drive cross-functional project teams, track progress against milestones, and proactively resolve risks and issues.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and deliver clear, timely communication to all stakeholders regarding status, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, and information security standards.
- Oversee user training, workflow adoption, and change management activities to ensure successful go-live and sustained usage.
- Provide post-implementation support and document project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise reporting or clinical documentation solutions; radiology experience highly desirable.
- Proven success managing complex IT or digital health projects in healthcare environments.
- Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of medical imaging workflows, radiology reporting, and enterprise health IT systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with risk management, change management, and user training.
- Familiarity with the Australian public and private healthcare landscape.
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) is a plus.
