We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and

integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules—Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts

Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and General Ledger (GL). The role involves managing end

to-end delivery, including planning, configuration oversight, integrations (banking, GST e

Invoice, payment gateways), data migration, workflow automation, and compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Governance

Define scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets for Oracle Fusion implementation.

Maintain change control, and stakeholder communication.

• Solution Design & Configuration OversightOversee setup of AP, AR, FA, GL modules, chart of accounts, ledgers, and tax

configurations.

Ensure India localization for GST/TDS and statutory reporting.

• Integration Management

Lead integrations with banks (H2H/SFTP), GST e-Invoice portal, and payment

gateways.

• Process Automation & Controls

Implement workflows for AP invoice processing, AR collections, FA depreciation, and

GL postings.

• Testing & Go-Live

Develop SIT/UAT plans for AP/AR/FA/GL and integration scenarios.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Coordinate with system integrators, banks, and internal Finance/IT teams.

Drive change management and user training for new processes.

Requirements

5+ years in ERP projects; 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.

• Hands-on delivery in AP, AR, FA, GL with India GST/TDS compliance.

• Bank H2H/SFTP integration, payment gateway reconciliation, API/middleware

experience.

• Data migration (COA, vendors, customers, assets) and subledger accounting flows.

• Strong governance, risk management, and vendor coordination skills.

• Expertise in SIT/UAT planning and cutover execution.

• Oracle Fusion Financials certification (preferred).

Preferred Attributes:

• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.

• Familiarity with India localization for GST e-Invoice and statutory reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on automation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in change management and training enablement.
