Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who will work closely with

business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. The

role involves developing interactive dashboards and reports in collaboration with the IT

team, ensuring data accuracy and enabling data-driven decision-making across the

organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into

reporting solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of data sources

and reporting platforms.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for

business improvement.

• Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards.• Provide adhoc analysis and reporting support for business initiatives.

• Document processes and maintain reporting standards for scalability and

compliance.

• Work independently to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines

Requirements

Education: B.E/B.Tech, MBA in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 4 as a Data Analyst in Finance, Banking,

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI tool.

• Hands-on experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting

automation.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into

technical solutions.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data accuracy and integrity.

• Knowledge of lending lifecycle, credit risk metrics, and regulatory reporting.

• Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics is a plus.
