PROJECT MANAGER - PMP
One Works is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Milan. The candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and interior designers and will work side-by-side with other disciplines to project manage the design process on our construction projects.
As a Project Manager here, you'll be integral to our wider team, ensuring that a truly integrated approach to the design process, where the core disciplines are bound by creativity and innovation to produce a design that meets the needs of everybody involved. Responsibility:
You'll support the architectural and engineering by swiftly resolving any design-related issues in line with our commercial objectives to keep the wider project program on track. In particular, your role will involve:
Taking full responsibility for the design coordination of projects.
Liaising with the client and the stakeholders on contractual and managerial matters.
Efficiently coordinating communications from the various design consultants in unison with our internal design teams.
Managing the production and approval of samples, mock-ups and quality benchmarks.
Managing the production and control of the design program and reporting against it.
Preparing and managing work plan documents during each stage of the project.
Managing budgets and reporting during each phase of the project.
Processing contractual and financial administration documents.
