Accountabilities
Lead Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of Customer Care projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.Translate Requirements into Deliverables: Bridge the gap between business users and cross-functional partners by capturing detailed requirements and turning them into actionable user stories.Document and Improve Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.Facilitate Agile Practices: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project teams, including overseeing Kanban or Scrum boards and facilitating key ceremonies.Present Project Updates: Provide updates and demonstrations to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.Manage Project Planning: Develop and maintain estimates, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for successful project execution.Track Progress with Agile Tools: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira) to monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet expectations.Maintain Project Documentation: Create and manage essential project artifacts such as charters and roadmaps.Support Enhancements and Improvements: Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain strong communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile frameworks including SCRUM and Kanban.Requirements Gathering: Ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.System Knowledge: Familiarity with system integrations and business process mapping.Tool Proficiency: Experience with SQL, Excel, Visio, Jira, or similar project platforms.Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse teams.Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality solutions.Change Management: Experience in driving organizational change and problem-solving.
