Project Manager | Scrum Master
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager / Scrum Master to support the CTO in delivering technology projects efficiently using Agile methodologies. This role will ensure smooth sprint execution, timely project delivery, and strong collaboration across engineering and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
- Plan, track, and deliver technology projects aligned with business priorities.
- Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO on planning, priorities, and execution.
- Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Maintain project documentation and delivery metrics.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM).
- PMP or Agile Project Management certification.
- Experience in fast-paced or scaling tech environments.
- Technical background or strong understanding of modern technology stacks.
