Job Description: Project Manager

Job Location: Seattle, WA

Full Time (Permanent) Opportunity

Salary : Base salary + Benefits + relocation assistance

MES functional Project manager with 12+ years’ experience, including experience in managing projects in Manufacturing and Aerospace domain experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate and drive discussion with customer program team to develop detailed project plan

• Manage the overall program progress & monitor risks to the project

• Status reporting to all the stakeholders

• Single point of contact for the project

• Co-ordination between various groups

• Manage high level escalated issues from project teams

• Measure project success against budget, original scope, business objectives

• Engages with Senior leadership for program Governance direction and strategy recommendations

• Drive the Business requirements gathering

• Work in onsite – offshore model for solution delivery

Qualifications:

• PMP or Agile Certified will be preferred

• Experience in MES, aerospace and manufacturing domain

• Experience with managing project cost, schedule, and quality management

• Excellent project management track record/skills

• Experience in project planning tools like MS Project

• Ability to work in challenging situations

• Knowledge of visualization and analytical tools like Cognos, Tableau etc. will be added advantage

• Excellent communication & team management skills

• Good written and verbal skills & team skills

• Strong problem solving skills & proactive attitude
