  • Develop, implement, and maintain project methodologies, templates, and documentation standards aligned with healthcare best practices and internal policies.
  • Ensure project activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and organizational governance requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to maintain alignment with timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables.
  • Manage and maintain detailed project schedules, forecasts, risk logs, and resource allocation plans.
  • Create, update, and maintain business process documentation and project-related materials.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, performance dashboards, and concise project summaries for senior leadership.
  • Support regional Customer Success leaders with resource planning, workload balancing, and capacity analysis.
  • Act as a primary liaison between project teams and senior leadership, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
  • Assist in developing project budgets and support ongoing financial tracking, forecasting, and cost variance analysis.
  • Oversee administrative operations and coordination tasks for regional project and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or project coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, etc.).
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, BigPicture, or Adobe Workfront.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project.
  • Experience supporting multiple complex projects, ideally involving technology or clinical system implementations.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with experience preparing high-quality reports, plans, and dashboards.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical systems, or regulated environments is highly preferable.
