Within Tech & Data we aim to be an enabler for other Rituals departments, by managing projects related to our IT-landscape and underlying systems. In this specific role, you also play a crucial role in continuously improving our current P2P-systems and processes together with the business. At last, you make sure that our monitoring and support flow is flawless (together with our support partner) so the business can operate without major disruptions.
The Project and Product Manager (Indirect) P2P at Rituals oversees and manages the IT landscape supporting the full procurement and invoicing lifecycle within our P2P systems, with Coupa as the primary platform. As a result, hands-on experience with Coupa as a P2P system is essential.
The role requires strong project management and product management skills to successfully deliver P2P‑related projects and ongoing improvement initiatives. Close alignment and reflection with your stakeholders on ways of working is crucial to achieving success. Your responsibilities fall into two main areas:
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Initiate new (strategic) projects for our P2P-process and/or systems together with the business
- Execute project plans for and together with the P2P business partners, including identifying objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, working together with other project managers and business analysts within the Tech & Data team, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for P2P-related products, managing technical changes and supporting the business in shaping the overall product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and key users from the business, to gather and prioritize product requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Work closely with our development partner, other product managers, business analysts, and key-users from the business to ensure product features align with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
- Make sure that our monitoring and support flow on the P2P-process is flawless so that the business does not experience any major issues in their processes.
- Continuously reflect on our way-of-working with internal stakeholders – taking ownership of this process.
- Continuously evaluate collaboration with our software partners to ensure an optimal workflow.
