Join AutogenAI — Where Proposal Expertise Meets the AI That's Changing How Contracts Are Won
AutogenAI is the only purpose-built generative AI platform designed end-to-end for proposal and bid management — trusted by organizations across public sector, commercial, education, and not-for-profit markets on three continents, including Fortune 500 companies, federal contractors, and management and technology consulting firms. Since entering the market, we have won and retained all three G2 category awards for Best ROI, Fastest Implementation, and Best Support. Last year, our customers secured more than $2.5 billion in contract revenue using our platform.
We build AI that wins work. Our customers report a 70% reduction in time to first draft, an 85% increase in productivity, and win rate improvements of up to 241%. Those numbers reflect what happens when deep proposal expertise is embedded into the technology itself — not bolted on after the fact.
AutogenAI holds FedRAMP High authorization — the most rigorous federal cloud security standard — positioning us to serve the most demanding agencies and clearance-level programs in the federal market. It is a distinction that reflects how seriously we take the federal environment, and one that sets us apart from commercial-first competitors still working toward federal readiness.
We are building our Washington, DC federal practice and looking for the people who will define it. If you have spent your career in capture, proposals, or federal BD — and you want to be the person who establishes how a $2.5 billion-outcome AI platform takes root in the federal market — that seat is open. This is a ground-floor federal opportunity backed by a company that has already proven it wins.
You will work within a growing US team that spans New York — where our federal-focused IT security staff and sales leadership are based — as well as Southern California, Colorado, Central Florida, and New England, as part of a global company with deep roots in the federal and enterprise markets across three continents.
Job Summary:
You've spent time mastering proposal development. You understand compliance matrices, scoring criteria, and review cycles in ways most people never will. You've navigated procurement bureaucracy, managed impossible deadlines, and turned vague requirements into winning narratives.
Now imagine your methodology becoming the foundation for how thousands of proposal teams work.
AutogenAI created the category of AI-powered proposal development. We weren't first to market - we invented the market. While others are still trying to figure out how to apply generic AI to proposals, we've been building purpose-built linguistic engines specifically for proposal development since before ChatGPT existed.
We're looking for client-driven proposal professionals with battle-tested instincts — people who can turn real-world capture experience into intelligent workflows that produce results. Not consultants who think traditional methodology is the ceiling rather than the foundation.
We value experience over credentials. APMP certification and Shipley training are a plus, but what matters most is the judgment that comes from years of competitive wins and losses — the kind that no training program can replicate. We're looking for professionals who understand where this industry is going, not just how it has operated. This isn't a lateral move into sales support. This is your expertise becoming product capability. Your process knowledge influencing platform architecture. Your voice shaping how AI understands proposal development.

You'll work as a domain expert alongside our sales team, demonstrating how AutogenAI supports the full end-to-end proposal lifecycle for enterprise customers.
