Greece - Travel Assistance Coordinator (Temporary)

Role Summary:
As a Travel Assistance Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Health & Travel Assistance, you will be required to assist travellers/ex patriots, focusing exclusively on the coordination of travel related support services, in line with travel insurance companies - for their travel and living abroad requirements. You will manage cases involving medical, technical, general and emergency assistance for insured travellers ensuring seamless coordination and timely resolution.

Contract type: Temporary Contract (8 months)

Role Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality customer assistance
- Provide travel assistance services to travellers and expatriates
Who You Are:
- English & French Language very good knowledge is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of PC applications / Word, Excel, Internet, Power point
- Efficient problem solver
- Always act with integrity and professionalism
- Any other foreign language is an asset
- Previous experience in assistance services is an asset
- Degree educated or equivalent preferable but not essential
