Psychiatrist - OPEN TO NEW GRADS! 

Benefits:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid options 
  • Compensation range: $300K–$400K PLUS (Compensation structure: Base compensation plus productivity incentives and supervisory compensation)

Mission-driven practice providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based psychiatric care to diverse and underserved communities. You’ll work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary outpatient setting alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists, with a strong focus on continuity of care, patient outcomes, and meaningful community impact, offering both in-person and telehealth services.

Psychiatrist Requirements :

  • Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
  • Active California medical license, NPI, and DEA
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Preferred experience or interest in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine, Clinical Research, or Interventional Psychiatry

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management (in-person and telehealth)
  • Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, and therapists
  • Participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research opportunities
  • Provide crisis support as needed and engage community resources
  • Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
