Psychiatrist (Part-Time)
Allo Health is a fast-growing healthcare startup specializing in sexual health, with plans to expand into mental health services.
We currently operate 45+ clinics across major cities including Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad, with a network of 50+ doctors. With rapid expansion plans, we aim to launch 35+ new clinics across India in the coming months.
We are looking for MD Psychiatrists to join our growing clinical team and support patients through high-quality, empathetic care in sexual and mental health domains.
Locations:
Tamil Nadu – Madurai, Salem, Trichy
Engagement Model:
- Part-time role (4 hours per day)
- Flexible working model (clinic-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric consultations to patients across sexual and mental health concerns
- Diagnose and manage mental health conditions
- Work closely with internal medical teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols
- Deliver patient-centric, non-judgmental, and confidential care
Requirements:
- MD in Psychiatry (mandatory)
- 2–6 years of experience post MD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling sexual health-related cases
- Open to part-time / flexible work model
Preferred:
- Prior OPD / clinic experience
- Exposure to counseling or therapy-based care
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
