We are now looking for a highly motivated Public Tender Specialist to join our internal Bidding team.
Responsibilities:
- Research, selection and monitoring of published tenders relevant to our services and notifying interested parties
- Identification of administrative requirements and scheduling of the necessary actions
- Collection and preparation of administrative certificates/documentation (e.g. financial and legal documents, etc.) in coordination with internal departments
- Ensure compliance and consistency across all bid documents and collateral, aligned with bid requirements
- Provision of advanced administrative support services (e.g. sampling of proposals, problem solving, review and control of correspondence, information research, etc.)
- Updating a database of project references, CVs and supporting documents
- Processing, review and correspondence regarding all supporting electronic or physical documents required for the public tenders Preparing physical and electronic tender documents, ensuring valid signatures and uploading them in the respective platforms (ESIDIS, CosmoOne, EU Tenders Portal etc)
- Submit Proposals and organize all required after sales documents upon contract agreement
- Maintenance of the department’s files, archives and records.
Requirements
- University Degree or MSc in Business Administration or Economics, Social Studies, Information Technology
- Knowledge and experience related to public procurement and administrative law (e.g. law 4412/2016), tender bid management processes and of the ESIDIS platform
- At least 3 years in a similar position (Public Tenders/Procurement position in Professional Services, Technology or other service-related Industries)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills with approachable, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
