Publican (Venue Manager) | Playford Tavern
We’re not just looking for a Venue Manager, we're on the hunt for a REAL Publican, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.
Located in Adelaide's north, the Playford Tavern has been a mainstay for locals and visitors for years. We believe in quality food and friendly service; it's at the core of what we do and how we operate. We're the perfect place for families to meet for an overdue long lunch, for mates to catch up over a beer and to watch the game, and for our to celebrate a milestone birthday or special event. We’re everything a local pub should be and more.
Our Bistro has something for everyone, including fresh seafood, steaks, pastas, salads and all the pub classics you know and love. If it's a drink our guests are after, they can look no further than our Sports Bar. It is the perfect place to sip a brew and relax in one of our lounges, with sport broadcasting across a number of large TV screens so that they'll never miss a mark, a goal, a wicket or anything else.
Salary: From $95,000 + Superannuation + Bonus

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Hold current industry RSA and RSG qualifications as per state requirements
