We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identify and mitigate the main risks of our products by implementing test Automation plans and strategies, always generating and analyzing product quality metrics. Besides, we are looking for a Senior QA Automation, who can improve our TAF (Test Automation Frameworks), learn and understand the whole picture of the business and technical architecture to prioritize, from the business and technical perspective the main Test Cases to be considered to Automate and Execute. The candidate must have broader experience in test automation levels, techniques and tools. You will work closely with the development and product team members to prevent, identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Manage the Product Risks.
- Identify and prioritize Test Automation Candidates.
- Implement and Maintain Automated test cases.
- Data creation/preparation for testing purposes.
- Data analysis and results interpretation.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated UI and API testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define quality standards and testing requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testability.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not reoccur.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Assist with monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
- Raise product alerts.
- To collect, consolidate and share QA Automation team results.
- Tech support from Test Automation perspective.
- Provide technical guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and Test Automation.
- Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including manual and automated testing practices.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Programing Skills and OOP experience.
- Required English level B2+.
- Proven experience in QA Automation Teams and Tools.
- Strong communication.
- Knowledge and experience in other automation levels and tools like Component (BE and FE), Contract, Mutation Test, etc.
Preferred Qualifications and Tools:
- Certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of performance testing, security testing, and usability testing.
- Experience in testing Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Knowledge and experience of Cloud technologies and databases.
- Preferred experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or TestCafe for UI Automation.
- Postman, Restassured for API testing.
- Familiar with GenAI Tools for testing and automation purposes.
