  • Log and manage defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools, collaborating closely with developers for resolution
  • Contribute to test planning, risk assessment and continuous improvement of QA processes
  • Support the QA Lead in establishing repeatable frameworks and best-practice documentation

What you’ll bring

  • 2-4 years’ experience in manual QA or test analysis for web applications
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery and defect management processes
  • Ability to translate requirements into detailed test cases and traceability matrices
  • Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills
  • Collaborative and proactive, comfortable raising risks early and constructively

Technical Experience

Cloud and Infrastructure

  • Understanding of Azure AD or Entra ID, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect authentication flows

Frontend Applications

  • Familiarity with React (web) architecture
  • Testing UI behaviour, responsiveness and accessibility across multiple devices and browsers

APIs and Integration

  • Testing and validating RESTful APIs using Postman or Swagger UI
  • Understanding of Microsoft Graph API integrations with Microsoft 365 services
  • Ability to read and interpret JSON payloads and response codes

Data and Security

  • Awareness of secure-by-design principles and modern information security practices
  • Understanding of data classification, privacy and access-control concepts

Tools and Workflow

  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira or TestRail for test management
  • Competence with browser developer tools, Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Postman, Bruno etc. for debugging
  • Comfortable working in Agile or Scrum environments with cross-functional teams

Desirable skills and experience
