Quality Engineer (VOAK project)

TERNA S.A., a GEK TERNA Group company, is looking for a:

Quality Engineer

for VOAK project.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and coordinates Quality issues in accordance with contractual requirements, in collaboration with the Company’s Quality Manager and relevant departments.
• Conducts and coordinates quality inspections, ensuring all teams are properly informed and aligned with quality standards.
• Prepares and manages all required Quality documentation, while reviewing and controlling the respective documents of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Investigates and monitors preventive/corrective actions, non-compliances, etc.
• Oversees the documentation of the Quality Management System and maintains the complete Project Quality Records.
• Ensures the proper maintenance, control, and calibration of measuring equipment and monitors the relevant record-keeping forms.
• Supervises and follows up external workshops in cooperation with the Project Manager or Site Construction Manager.
• Evaluates potential project risks and prepares the Project Risk Assessment Plan according to company procedures and contractual requirements.
• Maintains continuous communication and coordination with certification bodies and third parties regarding all Quality Management issues of the project.

Required Qualifications:

• University Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering).
• 10 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance roles within road construction projects.
• Very good command of the English language (oral and written).
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
