Description:

RROX Aggregates Ltd. (an affiliate of Park Paving Ltd.) is looking to hire a labourer who has experience with rail-car movers, skid steers, and loaders to work at our rail transload facility located just off of Clover Bar Road (just north of Highway 16) in Strathcona County.

This is a seasonal positions that offers a competitive wage with benefits.

The primary duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

Unloading gravel from rail-cars, stockpiling aggregate materials

Operating heavy equipment (such as skid steers, front-end loaders, and stacking conveyors)
Thoroughly inspecting rail cars, primarily hopper cars
Installing securement devices
Unloading aggregates via conveyor belt systems
General Maintenance of railcars as well as housekeeping and snow removal
Conveyor system maintenance
Operating skid steer

Requirements:

Experience with Rail Cars is an asset, but we will train.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steer, front-end loaders and stacking conveyors is an asset. Will train!
Class 5 drivers license (non GDL)

Pay Scale $23 - $26 per hour
