Real Estate Paralegal

A law firm with a strong national and global presence is seeking to add an experienced Paralegal to its Real Estate & Transactional Finance Practice Group. Position Overview

The firm is looking for a Real Estate & Transactional Finance Paralegal to support Principals and Associates in a fast-paced, high-profile practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial real estate and transactional finance matters and be comfortable interacting directly with attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Support attorneys on commercial real estate and transactional finance matters

Draft, review, and revise transaction documents

Assist with loan documents, title and survey review, and loan closings

Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness

Manage post-closing matters, including document delivery, recording confirmation, and collection of outstanding items

Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third-party professionals

Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-pressure environment

Required Qualifications

Prior large or mid-size law firm experience strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and/or Transactional Finance

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree (experience in lieu of degree considered)

Paralegal certificate

Experience with document management systems (NetDocuments a plus)

Experience with SimplyAgree or similar closing/signature platforms
