We're a team working on the frontier of agentic development and applied finance, in close collaboration with leading research labs and backed by OpenAI ($14M Raise in Aug. 2025).

About the Role
Location: New York City
At Endex, you'll own the full talent lifecycle, from identifying the best minds at universities and institutions to closing offers on candidates who are genuinely excited to build something transformational. If you're energized by finding exceptional people, telling a compelling story, and building something from scratch, this role is for you.
Your Key Responsibilities
Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and close candidates in engineering
Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain relationships with top universities and programs, establishing Endex as a destination for exceptional graduating talent
Sell the Endex Story: Represent Endex authentically and compellingly to candidates. You'll be a brand ambassador who can speak fluently about our product, mission, and the opportunity to join at a pivotal moment.
Design the Hiring Infrastructure: Build and refine the systems, scorecards, take-home assignments, and processes that make Endex's hiring consistent, fast, and high-signal.
Partner with Leadership: Work directly with the CEO and hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and move quickly when the right candidate is in the pipeline.
Analyze and Improve: Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously sharpen the process to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.

Process Builder: You think systematically about how great hiring works and you build the infrastructure to make it repeatable.
Execution-Oriented: You manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously without things falling through the cracks. Candidates hear back from you, processes move forward, and offers go out on time.
