Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data, follow up regularly, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage high-volume hiring when required.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of job portals and recruitment tools.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
