We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent relationship-building skills, proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in fast-paced environments. This role requires someone who can work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding. Ensure timely closures and maintain strong alignment with hiring timelines and business goals.
  • Technical & Non-Technical Hiring: Source, assess, and hire candidates across diverse functions such as technology, operations, sales, marketing, HR, finance, and support roles. Evaluate candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment. Work closely with technical teams to understand skills required in software development, data, product, cloud, QA, and other tech domains.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, talent databases, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches to identify qualified candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future-ready talent.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct thorough resume evaluations, telephonic screenings, and initial assessments to determine suitability. Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed analysis. Coordinate technical assessments, assignment evaluations, and interview schedules.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Efficiency: Use ATS platforms to manage candidate data, track progress, update pipelines, and maintain compliance. Ensure accurate documentation of hiring stages, candidate communication, and feedback.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, expectations, and business priorities. Provide regular updates on hiring status, challenges, and recommendations. Build strong client relationships through transparency, timely communication, and consistent delivery.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Guide candidates from application to offer acceptance, ensuring clarity and timely communication. Address concerns, negotiate compensation, and support smooth onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, competitive hiring practices, and emerging talent pools. Share insights with hiring teams to support informed decision-making and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, pipeline quality, offer-to-join ratios, and closure rates. Use data to optimize sourcing strategies and improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in technical and non-technical recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
  • Hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
