About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the recruiting team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks — from scheduling interviews and managing communication with candidates, to assisting with day-to-day operational needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate phone, video, and on-site interviews for candidates across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring speed and efficiency
• Conduct phone interviews for certain positions
• Take ownership of moving candidates through the interview process while keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) fully up to date
• Deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience, providing timely updates and support throughout the process
• Provide administrative support for various recruiting activities and coordinate logistics for the team
• Work closely with the Finance team on PO creation, payments, and invoice tracking

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative or recruiting coordination role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English (must)
• Strong attention to detail, with high efficiency and excellent time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Experience working in a global environment across regions (US, EMEA, APAC)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with agility and quick context-switching
• Customer-service mindset with a proactive, outgoing approach, comfortable working with managers and stakeholders at all levels
