As a strategic leader, you will ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process while maintaining high standards of quality control. Collaboration with key departments is essential to support a seamless clinician lifecycle and enhance the overall effectiveness of the recruitment effort.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage recruitment teams, focusing on hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for clinicians throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Report and track recruitment metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct quality checks on recruitment standards and provide constructive feedback.
  • Offer ongoing coaching and enhance training programs for recruiters.
  • Streamline submission processes and optimize recruitment systems.
  • Become an expert in the recruitment system to ensure efficacy in processes.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting management.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, especially in travel nursing and healthcare staffing.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job board/sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and collaboratively within a team.
