We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to join the Regional Management Team and take ownership of the non-educational operations across the EU region. This is a senior leadership role with broad operational scope, spanning facilities management, workplace health & safety, IT, communications, fleet, campus security, and change management.
You will lead the development and implementation of strategic operational priorities, establish standardised processes across campuses, and drive organisational, cultural, and structural change. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping how the region operates and grows.
