With our growing team, we’d love to meet experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to be part of building a strong, values-driven program. This role involves working directly with children through behavioral and physical challenges, and we’re focused on providing a team culture that values mentorship, professionalism, and shared impact.
RBT Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Current and Active RBT Certification1+ years of experience in an ABA environment Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team settingMaintain a highly professional, positive attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctualityMust pass a background checkProvide direct care to clients in both one-on-one and group settings, following behavior reduction plans and protocolsCollect behavior and skill acquisition data using company-issued tablets and complete daily session notesCommunicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents while attending staff meetings and trainings
