We are seeking rehabilitation experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing Rehabilitation Inpatient Team. Working under a team nursing model, we are seeking flexible, patient-centred and experienced Rehabilitation Nurses who are eager to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a part-time (0.7) role, working a rotating roster.
Epworth Geelong Rehabilitation provides modern, purpose-designed rehabilitation facilities including: hydrotherapy pool, gym, sleep unit and clinical areas to replicate daily activities to promote independence in the home. Rehabilitation specialities include:
- Orthopaedics including: spinal surgery, joint replacement or other orthopaedic surgery
- Neurology & Stroke
- Cardiac Services
- Oncology
- Respiratory
- Reconditioning
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have a friendly and personable manner
- Have a contemporary knowledge of best practice in rehabilitation nursing care and the patient journey
- Be passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes
- Have availability to participate in rotating rosters across a 7 day service

- Possess current nursing registration with AHPRA
