Registered Nurse

SearchPlus HR is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nursing care plans. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient health status through assessments and observations.
• Administer prescribed treatments and manage medications as per protocols.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent nursing experience accepted.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is desirable.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Prior experience in a nursing role preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
