Registered Nurse

Essential Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to established guidelines.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document all patient care and interactions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent program.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a nursing role is beneficial but not mandatory; new graduates are welcomed.
