Restorative Dentist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a proficient Specialist/Consultant Restorative Dentist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive restorative dental care, focusing on improving patients' oral health through advanced procedures and a patient-centered approach. You will diagnose dental conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure the highest quality of dental care for each patient.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients' dental health.
• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate the latest restorative techniques.
• Perform a variety of restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and implants.
• Educate patients about oral health maintenance and preventative care strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and follow up on care progress.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental program.
• Board-certified or specialized training in restorative dentistry preferred.
• A valid dental license for the state in which you practice.
• At least 3 years of experience in restorative dentistry.
• Exceptional diagnostic skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
