Job Title: Registered Nurse Team Lead – Concierge Pain & Wellness Clinic

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Hours & Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with occasional half-day Friday

Work Environment: In-office concierge pain and wellness clinic | Procedural setting

Salary / Hourly Rate: $38–$48 per hour(DOE)

Job Summary:

The RN Team Lead plays a central role in day-to-day clinical operations, balancing direct patient care with leadership and oversight responsibilities. This position supports procedures, IV therapy, and wellness services while ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The RN Team Lead sets the standard for professionalism, organization, and patient experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform IV placement and support the IV therapy program
• Assist with and oversee peptide therapy services
• Support patients before and after procedures on procedure days
• Assist the physician during procedures as needed, including sedation support
• Monitor patients for comfort, safety, and appropriate recovery
• Ensure imaging is properly transferred and uploaded into patient charts
• Oversee cleaning, sterilization, and handling of instruments and procedure rooms
• Prepare procedure rooms and ensure physician readiness for clinic days
• Manage medical inventory, including ordering, stocking, and expiration checks
• Help ensure appropriate staffing and efficient daily operations
• Support and refine clinical workflows
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver a high-touch patient experience

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
• IV experience required
• Comfort working in a procedural setting
• Experience with conscious sedation preferred but not required
• Willingness to be trained and support sedation when needed
• Prior leadership, charge nurse, or clinic oversight experience strongly preferred
• Background in pain management, orthopedics, wellness, regenerative, or concierge care is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
